My 'everyday clothes' closet. It's cram packed and messy. One side of it holds clothes I never wear anymore that I really should pack away or sell. Here is the side showing the clothes I wear most. About 80% of them I made from vintage patterns or self drafted vintage style pattern. Another veiw:
We have several small closets so my clothes are scattered all over the house. I keep my most worn vintage clothing on this crappy Ikea rail in my sewing room. The black garment bags on each end hold all my self drafted patterns.
But wait, there's more! Behind the rail there is another small closet. This one holds most of my vintage lingerie stock. Which reminds me, I need to get all those slips photographed and up on Etsy soon.
I keep my more fragile and less worn vintage in this old armoire in my sewing room. This is the closet I usually photograph myself in front of. I'm not sure but I think it's from the 20s. I adore it! It came with the house when we moved in.
So there you have it! I think next time I'll do a post with all my shoes and a few good shots of my favorite vintage outfits.
