Today I wore my mellow yellow gingham summer frock. This is the dress I snagged at the flea market last month that I ended up taking apart peice by peice and re-making from scratch because it was child sized. I had plans to sell this on Ebay but I ran it on auction three times. Only one person bid and ended up being a dead beat. I guess it was meant to be mine.
I wore it with a vintage rhinestone brooch, my crazy long vintage glass pearls and my yellow Ed Hardy shoes.
A perfect match!
It was a perfect 82 degree California summer day today.
I got two perfect strawberries from the patch this morning. This picture shows a true image of my hair color. It always comes out so dark when I take pictures in the house.
I found these vintage clear cat eye reading glasses in a box we had stored in the closet that held all our tax papers from 2009. I totally forget I had them and I can't remember when or where I bought them. I feel like I found a buried treasure! They sure come in handy when I am sewing.
