Rockin' a Vintage Red Hawaiian Frock Around the House

I've had this faboo vintage 50's red Hawaiian print frock for a few years now but never wore it because it was too small. It was one of those lucky Buffalo Exchange finds I scored for under $20 bucks. Yesterday I pulled it out of my closet and set on a mission to enlarge it by adding side panels. The alteration only took about 30 minutes and now after all this time I can finally rock this awsome frock.

Last week I received a copy of a 1955 Aldens catalog I bought off of Ebay which I am reading here.

Demanding attention, my cat Stinky kept trying to sit on the catalog so I gave up and set it aside.

Sitting at our Tiki bar to show a better view of the dress.

Look at that fab print!
